These terms govern your use of Faveside. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Eligibility and adult accounts

Faveside accounts are for adults who can enter a binding agreement where they live. Adult account holders are responsible for their accounts, credentials, child profiles, and activity under their accounts. A child may use a restricted parent-managed view only with the permission and supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or adult who has authority to consent.

Parent Controls

By creating a child profile, you confirm that you have authority to do so and consent to Faveside storing the profile nickname or first name and adult-selected creator approvals. Do not enter a child’s full name or sensitive information. Parent Controls limit information returned inside the Faveside child view, but they do not control external sites and are not a substitute for supervision.

The service

Faveside helps people organize and discover publicly available creator information. Features may change, remain in preview, or become temporarily unavailable. Creator names, media, and platform information belong to their respective owners.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Faveside, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful material, scrape it at unreasonable volume, impersonate others, or use it unlawfully. You are responsible for the information you submit.

Third-party services

Links and information from YouTube, TikTok, Square, and other platforms are governed by those services. Faveside does not control third-party content, availability, recommendations, or privacy practices.

Paid features

When checkout is available, the exact price, renewal cadence, and total are shown before purchase on Square’s hosted checkout. A recurring membership continues until canceled. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period unless applicable law or checkout terms require otherwise. No charge can occur while the Faveside checkout buttons state that checkout is unavailable.

Disclaimers and liability

Faveside is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy, suitability, or availability of third-party creator content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faveside is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the service, users, or legal rights. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance.
